As President and founder of Towerpoint Wealth, Joseph delivers personalized financial planning and strategic wealth management. Over his 24-year career, he has helped successful individuals, business owners, entrepreneurs, and retirees grow and protect their wealth. His expertise in investment management, retirement income planning, tax minimization, and wealth preservation has allowed clients to coordinate their financial affairs and stay disciplined in pursuing long-term goals.

In May 2017, Joseph co-founded Towerpoint Wealth with Lori Heppner and Nathan Billigmeier after serving as Managing Director – Investment Officer at Wells Fargo Advisors’ Private Client Group. He began his career in 1999 with Prudential Securities, later joining Wachovia Securities as a Senior Vice President, where he furthered his mission to help clients build financial security. Towerpoint Wealth now manages nearly $500 million in client assets.

Joseph graduated cum laude from Lehigh University in 1998 with a B.S. from the College of Business and Economics. He earned the prestigious CIMA®️ designation from the Investments and Wealth Institute in 2003.

He was a regular TV guest for Sacramento’s ABC affiliate KXTV News10 as “Money Man Joe,” appearing with anchors like Dan Elliott and Walt Gray. He’s also been interviewed by KGO-TV’s Nannette Miranda and is currently featured on ABC10’s “Dollars and Sense” segment alongside anchor Lora Painter.

Joseph lives in Sacramento with his two children—Josephine, a junior at Christian Brothers High School, and Henry, an 8th grader at Bradshaw Christian. He enjoys coaching youth baseball, working out, trail running, and cheering for the Phillies, Eagles, Flyers, Penn State, and of course, the Sacramento Kings.
