Our Towerpoint Wealth team enjoyed a fulfilling Community Day at Shriners Children’s Northern California yesterday afternoon. We hosted a 90 minute ice cream/arts and crafts social, helping to put smiles on the faces of many of the amazing Shriners patients!
Last week, the Towerpoint Wealth team carved out a full morning to dedicate some time (and a little grit and elbow grease) to support the Front Street Animal Shelter’s Pet Food Pantry program.
The Pet Food Pantry program operates every Wednesday from 10AM-12PM in the Shelters parking lot, and ensures that all pet owners in need receive vital food and supplies for their furry friends.
The Towerpoint Wealth team recently held a heartwarming Community Volunteer Day in Downtown Sacramento, where they made a significant impact on the lives of those in need. The team generously donated and distributed nearly 100 lunches to the less fortunate at the footsteps of the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament.
The event not only provided essential supplies but also fostered a sense of compassion and camaraderie among the Towerpoint Wealth team and those they served. It’s a reminder that even seemingly simple acts of kindness can have a profound impact on the lives of others.
The Towerpoint Wealth team donated and handed out close to 100 brown bag lunches to the unhoused and people in need of food at the footsteps of the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament in Downtown Sacramento.

Steve Pitchford and his fiancée Katie, along with Jonathan LaTurner and his wife Katie, enjoyed a wonderful evening at the Sierra 2 Center’s fall fundraiser, Gather at the Long Table. Sierra 2 Center for the Arts & Community serves as a regional incubator of the arts, education, culture, and community activities.
They enjoyed a variety of food and drink including Birria King tacos, a BBQ dinner from Sac City Eats, Urban Roots beer and wine from Casque Winery. It was a wonderful evening Sierra 2 Center!
The entire Towerpoint Wealth Team came out on Community Volunteer Day to lend a hand to the American River Parkway Foundation program to clean up trash along Sacramento’s urban gem. Click here to learn more about this event.
The Towerpoint Wealth team was pumped up 💪 to Rock the Block 2022, sponsoring and helping Habitat for Humanity of Greater Sacramento by fully painting the exterior a 100-year old home in historic Oak Park!🏡
We were humbled and privileged to be able to assemble and then distribute 100+ bagged lunches, hot coffee, and hand warmers to Sacramento’s homeless community in late February at the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament here in downtown Sacramento
A big thank you to Marilynn Fairgood (again!), and the Brown Bag Lunch program she is in charge of, for helping us coordinate our volunteering efforts.

It was quite the “Around the World” golf tournament, specifically the craft beer, jello shots, and marshmallow drive on the TPW-hosted 7th hole!
Towerpoint Wealth is a proud supporter of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Sacramento, including an upcoming day-on-the-job to complement a significant donation made as a Home Repair sponsor. In being a Home Repair sponsor, TPW provides not just seed money in repairing a home for a low-income family, Veteran, or elderly homeowner in need, but a full day of grit, hard work, sweat, and muscle as well.

The entire Towerpoint Wealth team took a full day away from our responsibilities at the office to roll up our sleeves and help the City of Sacramento homeless community, volunteering to prepare and serve lunch at Sacramento Loaves & Fishes. It was a rewarding day of giving back to the local community and to those in great need, and we look forward to continuing to cultivate the TPW culture and support.
