Josephine Eschleman
Josephine Eschleman is currently studying Business at Saint Mary’s College of California, where she is building a foundation in finance, economics, and management. She has developed a growing interest in the financial services industry and enjoys learning how wealth management firms help individuals and families organize, grow, and protect their financial futures.
As an intern at Towerpoint Wealth, Josephine is gaining hands-on experience in the daily operations of a wealth management firm. She works closely with the team by shadowing financial advisors, assisting with projects, participating in meetings and training sessions, and supporting internal initiatives. Through this experience, she is developing a practical understanding of client service and the financial planning process.
Josephine is drawn to the financial industry because it combines analytical thinking with meaningful, long-term relationships. She values the opportunity to help clients make informed financial decisions while learning how advisors adapt to changing markets and economic conditions.
At Towerpoint, we believe in helping shape the next generation of financial professionals through real-world experience, mentorship, and collaboration. Josephine brings strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn as she continues to grow professionally alongside the team.
Outside of the office, Josephine enjoys watching sports, practicing Pilates, going on walks and hikes, shopping, and spending time with family and friends during movie nights. She attended Christian Brothers High School, where she played varsity softball all four years. She also has a younger brother named Henry and two dogs, Biggie and Daisy.
