Our President, Joseph Eschleman, connected for a comprehensive financial review meeting earlier today with an excellent long-time client (and gardener), Terry Eager.
Terry and Joseph have worked together for many years (including a number of pre-Towerpoint Wealth years), and being the kind and thoughtful person he is, Terry will oftentimes bring the office a bundle of his gorgeous home grown tomatoes.
The entire Towerpoint Wealth Team came out on Community Volunteer Day to lend a hand to the American River Parkway Foundation program to clean up trash along Sacramento’s urban gem.
Spanning 23 miles and covering 4,800 acres, the Parkway is a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts and those looking to refresh themselves.
In 2021, more than 200 fires burned over 15% of the parkway. The Parkway in Peril program created by the Foundation aims to mitigate fire risk by cleaning up trash. Volunteers play an essential role in conservation of the parkway.
Guided by Alex Watson, the TPW team hauled out ~ 1,400 lbs. of old bicycles, couches, and what felt like a ton of plastic waste in sweltering temperatures.

Perseverance is the name of the game for Michelle Venezia, TPW’s Client Service Specialist —in all ways! Getting stronger every day, she recently achieved milestone ride #500 on her Peloton bike. Woo hoo, keep up the good work Michelle!
Our President, Joseph Eschleman, connected for a glass of wine with Catherine Tindall, CPA, to collaborate about tax minimization, portfolio and wealth management, the current state of the US economy, and the joys (and pains!) of running a small boutique advisory business. Her firm, Dominion Enterprise Services, is a specialty CPA firm that helps their clients maximize their COVID-19, business, and real estate tax credits.
They agreed that sipping a crisp Chardonnay while sitting and talking inside at Revolution Wine on a 98 degree day was just what the doctor ordered!
Luis, Joseph, Niki, and Robin spent more than an hour collaborating about TPW’s current efforts and new opportunities to connect with and help both current and new clients, and we look forward to leveraging Luis’ experience and skills in continuing to enhance the overall value and comprehensive wealth management service offering we provide to our clients.
Joe dove into a spectacular curriculum of experiential executive coursework on a variety of topics, including D&I, leadership, entrepreneurship, and strategic design thinking, as well as:
✅ Collective ambition
✅ Leadership and culture
✅ The longevity economy
✅ Adaptability quotient (AQ)
✅ Client experience and innovation
Our firm and, ultimately and most importantly our TPW clients will undoubtedly benefit from Joe’s growth as the President of Towerpoint Wealth, as we are already in process of beginning to integrate and apply a number of ideas and philosophies that Joe brought back from Boston!
It felt like a Billigmeier family reunion at Towerpoint Wealth, as Marc and Glenda, two good TPW clients, flanked Nathan, our Director of Research and Analytics, before their comprehensive financial, investment, and retirement review meeting today. Now that’s a happy family right there!
The entire TPW family was proudly rocking their new company-branded winter vests today at the office. Everyone is excited at how both warm and chic their new gear is, and a big thanks to FnD Embroidery for helping with the finishing touches!
At Towerpoint Wealth, we fully recognize that our clients are our lifeblood, and very little makes us happier than to have the privilege of working side-by-side with great, hard-working people who are living happily in retirement with complete economic peace-of-mind!
Our President, Joseph Eschleman, and long-time client Bob Sanford have been through many ups and downs in working with each other for many years, and we are tickled that all of the financial and retirement planning and coordination we have done together has landed you where you are today! Glad your lunch at Samuel Horne’s Tavern was enjoyable, and Bob, cheers to you – looking good!
