Community Involvement

Towerpoint Wealth’s Community Involvement

Towerpoint Wealth believes in being part of a sustainable community involvement that stretches from our Sacramento neighborhood to the greater Northern California area and beyond. We are active in the development and growth of our local and regional community, believe in directly giving back to where our clients and employees live and work, and enjoy supporting the causes and charities important to them. We strive to be a caring corporate citizen, are committed to improving people’s lives, and in the process, enriching the lives of our team members as well.

We provide direct financial support to charitable organizations, and also coordinate ongoing employee giving and volunteer activities.

Front Street Animal Shelter Community Day– 12.19.2023

Last week, the Towerpoint Wealth team carved out a full morning to dedicate some time (and a little grit and elbow grease) to support the Front Street Animal Shelter’s Pet Food Pantry program.

The Pet Food Pantry program operates every Wednesday from 10AM-12PM in the Shelters parking lot, and ensures that all pet owners in need receive vital food and supplies for their furry friends.

Our team assembled and handed out 10lb. bags of free pet food, and also helped out by washing and disinfecting dog and cat bowls and toys, as well as creating pet name tags.

The Shelter is currently offering free adoptions until December 23rd, making it the perfect time to welcome a new furry family member!

Community Day at the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament– 07.12.2023

The Towerpoint Wealth team recently held a heartwarming Community Volunteer Day in Downtown Sacramento, where they made a significant impact on the lives of those in need. The team generously donated and distributed nearly 100 lunches to the less fortunate at the footsteps of the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament.

During this outreach event, Towerpoint Wealth members had the opportunity to connect with an underserved sector of our community. They were deeply moved by the sheer number of people who were struggling to meet their basic necessities like food, water, clothing, and, in some instances, even pet food. It was a poignant reminder of the challenges faced by vulnerable individuals in our region. As our community grapples with a recent surge in the unhoused population, there have been differing opinions among community leaders about the most effective solutions. Nevertheless, Towerpoint Wealth took pride in playing their part, however small it may seem, to address the immediate needs of those who are most vulnerable.

The event not only provided essential supplies but also fostered a sense of compassion and camaraderie among the Towerpoint Wealth team and those they served. It’s a reminder that even seemingly simple acts of kindness can have a profound impact on the lives of others.

Moving forward, Towerpoint Wealth is committed to continuing their efforts in supporting the community and making a positive difference. They hope that their actions inspire others to join in the cause of helping those in need, ensuring that everyone in our region has access to the basic necessities and support they deserve. Together, as a united community, we can make a lasting change and create a brighter future for all.

Community Day at the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament– 10.19.2022

The Towerpoint Wealth team donated and handed out close to 100 brown bag lunches to the unhoused and people in need of food at the footsteps of the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament in Downtown Sacramento.

During this Community Volunteer Day, the TPW team connected with this underserved sector of our community, directly helping unhoused people in dire need of basic necessities like food, water, clothing, and in some instances, pet food.

While the recent surge of the unhoused population in our region has split community leaders looking for solutions, we at Towerpoint Wealth were proud to do our small part in helping meet the basic needs of the most in need, at least for one day.
